In case an entity and its subsidiary are located at the same office and share all the expenses, the entity which holds the related invoices/receipts shall provide detailed shared expenses report including related party, description and base of sharing for all shared expenses. Each subsidiary shall recognize the expense with detailed report and invoice/receipt copy of shared expense issued to the subsidiary provided by the entity holding the invoice/receipt.

Great headline. If your cookie has a bite-sized action and your reader completes the action, I think two things happen. Their self-confidence goes up (which feels good) and their trust in you increases.
