Income tax on selling share of companies that do not issue stocks

When individuals sell shares of companies that do not issue stock, it is not the securities described under the provision of Article 1 Subparagraph 2 of Securities Transaction Tax Act and Article 4-1 of Income Tax Act. Therefore, it is not subject to securities transaction tax and income tax on gains derived from securities transactions. However, the income derived from the transaction is still subject to tax under the provision of Article 14 Category 7 Item 1 “Income from property transactions.”
